I went on one of Garys' Freedo retreats a few years ago in Leysin, Switzerland. It was a transformative experience, fun and enjoyable, great food by a fire at night-meeting new like-minded spiritual people. I would go again and recommend to spiritual- minded people.

I had a very enlightening experience at the retreat on the boat. Me and my fiance worked through some heavy trauma and came out feeling much better. Group sessions yoga Gong meditation campfires dipping in the creek you name it it was an experience that will forever be remembered loved and appreciated. Thank you Gary and Nadine for the hospitality and love.

I came into contact with Freedo in 2020 when I was in Thailand on a deep quest for self-knowledge. Participating in the workshops, both in person and online, had a big impact on my life, the way I see things and even changes in behaviour. Everyone should have the experience of getting in touch at least once, with this tool that expands our consciousness. I'm grateful for the experiences and changes that Gary has given me with Freedo. Thanks to my partner Harry, I attended a one day Freedo event with Gary and Nadine on their boat. My soul was craving for an amazing event like this, where we are taught techniques to go within. I worked with what has been challenging me for a long time, procrastination, and I got some major insights. A few days after I found myself doing things that I had been postponing for months. I’m so grateful to Gary. FREEDO IS AMAZING! I highly recommend Freedo to people who are committed to their growth.

I was introduced to Freedo last year when I was so vulnerable and weak. Gary "My Teacher & Guru " an amazing person and human being brought life back into me and my soul start to flourish again. I also did a retreat on the boat with Freedo reading, hair cutting, massage and delicious food and smoothies. I have no words enough to thank Gary and everyone on The Freedo Journey who has brought me back up and a strong woman as I am today. I had participated in many of the freedo workshops that Gary had organised. These workshops were really interesting, enjoyable and I believe I benefited from the knowledge I gained from each workshop. Moreover, it was lovely meeting other members of the freedo family and the sharing of experiences. I believe Gary posesses all the qualities needed to be a good teacher as he made me comfortable during the process as he was non judgemental. Thank you Gary. I had known of Gary's Freedo work for a few years by others, but it wasn't fully explained to me. But that is because Freedo works on many levels, the emotional, the physical, the mental and the spiritual. Freedo to me since attending two retreats now, allows yourself to interpret your own inner difficulties into a more realistic approach, shedding light on the shadows within us. The use of the Freedo cards is amazing, with each card has different images and colours on the card for each participant to read. I was shocked that the same card came up a month later and I saw it in a different way. These cards are powerful and beautiful. And the process allows you to reach your true potential and purpose. The retreats that Gary leads are not just about readings with the cards, but also group work with energy and physical exercises. For example, the death fall, was quite a powerful technique where a person falls back and the whole group was there to catch them. When this happened to me I was fully aware of the people in my past who had let me down, and I could feel this sadness, distrust surfacing, and it wasn't coming from the group. I turned around to see a beautiful group of supportive individuals. I didn't realise how much pain and healing I needed to do until I allowed myself to fall into the supportive arms of the group and Gary behind me. The process was very rebirthing for me. I seem to be in the right place at the right time with these Freedo exercises. I look forward to more magical journeys with the group and learning more about Freedo. Thank you Gary and Freedo.

I am so grateful for my Freedo journey. I found through spiritual drawing I was able to design my intentions in a fun and meaningful way. These helped me in the world. I would recommend Gary & Freedo.

I enjoy trying new things, Freedo was new for me and was an insightful way to receive guidance. Attended my second satsang discourse Freedo retreat with Baba Gary Jii this month. Last one Glastonbury and this epic one,  on their boat! It's so lovely to hang out with like minded people and go though the Freedo processes of self awareness and empowerment. Quality all round and lifelong friends made. I will keep attending them, addicted to my highest growth and potential here

Gary set up the Freedo retreat very well and was confident in his handling of it, and there was plenty of time and space to connect with everyone else there as well time to be comfortable with myself. I personally liked that there was space for our thoughts to work with the word that we wanted to develop to gain the insight that I needed - and the group connection and gathering was beneficial for this. The start and opening up of that journey was the most valuable to me. I am very happy I attended.

Thank you Gary for 2 amazing retreats in Glastonbury and onboard your Freedo Boat. Its been a great learning and experience to connect with such great people and overcome, improve, work through shadows in such a safe and accepting space. I think the main thing I will take from the last retreat would be the power of the right symbol. A lot of people advised me to be calm, present, open, focused, vulnerable but at the last retreat I realised my symbol was comfortable. That simple. Super valuable.

During my lifetime I tried many paths and techniques to make my life happier and more balanced. I have to say that Freedo is a unique technique and a powerful transformation tool helping to use spiritual energy in a daily life to achieve harmonious communication with people and the world around in a simple way. The whole process takes place in a warm and joyful atmosphere. I was able to use it just after the first day

These past few days have been pretty awesome. I learnt quite a lot of things to do to help me achieving my dream lifestyle Paul Hamond. (Bushey meads school)

The invitation was there to try an online reading, so I followed the instructions exactly (managing not to look at the cards!) and chose a card. The more I absorbed the message and imagery of the tarot card, the more amazed I was at how it fitted exactly with my question, and how profound the guidance was. I was shown (or reminded) that I could be the "witness" rather than wanting to control through fear, and this allowed me to see that I had been predicting what the meeting would be like, based on preconceptions, etc. and that was what was causing the anxiety. The meeting later that day was amazingly positive and I felt the shift in my energy from fear to power. I can apply the guidance from the tarot card to any situation where not applying labels to people or theirbehaviour allows me to respond rather than react. Another Freedo Journey hunting the shadow with our most regular beautiful group 💜🙏😉 It was for me very painful and playful. Huge positive shifts in my life I was introduced to Freedo in Thailand last January (2020) and attended several Freedo circles. I really liked the playful way of Freedo, exchanging with other likeminded people, guided by Gary. Garys ability to create an environment in which I could release sometimes painful and tightly held emotions was invaluable and I feel I’ve overcame some entrenched beliefs about my relationships and personal development. Garys natural sensitivity and his compassion as well as his ability to intuit my limit, continuing to push me on points when necessary and to back off when I was feeling too vulnerable.
