Two opposing viewpoints exist because ton’t see each other. Resistance is a natural force that can cause conflict and growth. With no resistance, our body, environment and universe would simply collapse. Resistance is also needed to grow and strengthen muscles, intelligence and all parts of life.

To rebalance resistance, go into the positive and negative energies of the situation. If there is more negative, find the benefit of that negative. If there is more positive, find the issue of that positive. By recognising both positive and negative in each-other, creates balance and growth.
